2. Two original appointment of the chief representative or representative signed by the president or manager of your enterprise, using the letter paper of your company.

3. The brief introduction of your company in Chinese( the handbook or printing of your introduction)

4. The legal practice certificate provided by the authority where the company is, and it must be the last edition and translated by the institution appointed by the Foreign Economic Committee.

5. Two original shares of the Capital Credit Certificate provided by the bank,which has business with your company, including the evaluation of capital and credit signed by the principal of the bank, should be translated by the appointed institution.

6. European or American companies should provide the ectype of the rule, which should be translated by the appointed institution.

7. Resume of the chief representative or representative、three 2-Inch pictures.

8. The copy of the chief representative or representative’s ID card. (Foreigners)
